PTT-6®: Harnesses the body’s natural mechanisms of regeneration. It contains over 3,000 proteins, growth factors, cytokines and exosomes that increase hair follicle proliferation and reduce inflammation.
pH Indicator: The pink color is a pH indicator. This helps to monitor the product to ensure it is free from contamination and is safe and effective for use. Please observe before applying. If the color turns yellow, clear, or becomes cloudy, the formulation has been compromised and you should not use it. If this happens, please contact professionalservices@calecim.com and we'll replace it.

Wash & condition hair
Cleanse activator with the swab provided
Separate the hair into the areas of the scalp to treat
Apply activator along target area 2-3 times
Apply half a vial of the Advanced Hair System to the treatment area
Massage into the scalp for at least 4 minutes
Avoid washing hair for at least 8 hours, ideally 24 hours
Frequency of treatments depends on whether it’s being performed in-salon or at home (see protocol section below)

PROTOCOL

In-Clinic Application

Treatment Phase:
- Disinfect scalp with 0.5% Chlorhexidine.
- Apply 2.5ml of CALECIM® AHS and needle into the treatment area using 0.8-1.2mm long microneedles.
- Apply an additional 2.5ml CALECIM® AHS following the derma stamp treatment and gently rub into the scalp.
- Advise patients not to wash their hair following the treatment for at least 24 hours and optimally 48 hours.
- Repeat once per week for 6 weeks (or 12 weeks for more severe cases).
Maintenance Phase: The patient should return at 3 months for a one-off top-up treatment, and again at 6 months where a maintenance programme can be designed based on the results. Maintenance can include a treatment in-clinic every month, every 3 months, every 6 months, or done by the patient at home with our Activator.

At Home Application

Treatment Phase:

- Cleanse activator with the swab provided
- Separate the hair into the areas of the scalp to treat
- Apply activator along target area 2-3 times
- Apply half a vial of the Advanced Hair System to the treatment area
- Massage into the scalp for at least 4 minutes
- Avoid washing hair for at least 8 hours, ideally 24 hours
- This is to be performed twice per week for 6-12 weeks, using half a vial with each treatment
Maintenance Phase: Apply once a week, using half a vial with each treatment. One box of vials will last approximately 3 months.
Cycle between the treatment and maintenance phase for optimal results.
